You point out something very important Lori. Independence is truly important. As I am living life I am learning about being independent every day. I try to be mindful of my actions and to self-reflect to see if I can be the best I can. Caring about oneself is important.

Sadly, this is most overlooked as well. I am slowly learning to appreciate who I am and knowing that the idea of “me” can change helps me to always move forward knowing that the future is not set in stone. Thanks for your wonderful reminder Lori and for your writing as always.
