Yes, Britt you are correct! "Yu bi" is basically fried tofu pouch. It is almost like a pocket where you can stuff "Cho Bap" which is basically cooked rice with carrots and burdock root and black sesame seeds with hint of vinegar I think. Actually upon researching I see the spelling is actually Yubuchobap whoops sorry.
