Last Week I learned in my I.T. Ethics class on Socrates Three Filter Test:

Is it True?

Is it Good?

Is it Useful? — by Socrates

In the workplace, there is so much backbiting going on and I.T. is no different. I was truly inspired when I heard the story of Socrates' Three Filter Test!

This can be applied to almost everything in life!

1. Is what we hear True?
2. Is what we hear Good?
3. Is what we hear Useful?

By this, we can truly feed our minds better, more productive, and uplifting pieces of information.

Next time you are in a sticky situation from backbiting or gossiping just remember these three questions! I just found this so inspiring and I thought maybe I to share this with you all! Thanks for your time.
