Intro

I have been riding the bike ever since I was a toddler. I loved my tricycle and transitioned to a bicycle at a young age. My father trained me every day when I was young and we went to the bike road that stretched for miles. You can say riding a bike runs deep in my life.

Fast forwarding to current times! I got my first bike shop bike in 2019 and it was a hybrid bike. I didn’t know if I wanted to go Road Bike or Mountain Bike. After a couple of years of riding, I decided to go with the Mountain Bike. I have a pretty good mountain bike trail near home and I felt like the mountain was calling me to ride the trails.

Why Trek Marlin 8?

2022 was a special year! I finally saved enough money to buy my dream bike. I always wanted a Trek Marlin 7 but I didn’t know the 8 was released last year. Amidst the bike shortage, it was near impossible to find the color, size, and in-store pickup for the Trek Marlin 8. I decided to ditch the Marlin 7 and decided on the Specialized Rockhopper Elite. Sadly the bike shop didn’t have the color I wanted and the color is very important to me. This is my last bike and I am going to be riding this for a lifetime so I wanted everything to be perfect. I was truly blessed to find out that Trek Marlin 8 was available hours away from where I lived. It was the color, and size, and was also in-store! I was able to attain my dream bike and I LOVE…
