Taking a Break for Today!
I write a new episode every weekend which is 4 articles a week. On top of a full-time job, I work 40 to 42 hours a week and every day going to Medium and responding to all the notifications in Medium.
As you can see today’s publish is a little different. I decided to take a break. I read about it all the time here on Medium that taking a break is so important but for some reason, I am inspired but when it comes to it, well as you can see I can’t implement it into my life.
But, let me be honest with you. It is ok. It is okay to get stressed and tired. As long as you know you are stressed and tired you can fight yourself to get a break. Your mind and brain will tempt you to go on and tough it out. But, sometimes you have to let your inner self be the boss for once and say “Sorry brain I know you want to tough it out but I am going to take a Me day so please let me be.”
Remember it is okay to fall just remember you can always get back up and I want to let you all know that are struggling and just want to take a break. Take it! Take a break right now if you can. Make time for yourself and remember being productive is important and crucial but you know what is more crucial your well-being and most of all yourself.
So, I am going to take a break now and I hope you do too.
