Shocking! Result!
The date is December 13th, 2022. I find myself bashing my head against the mental wall of feeling stuck!
I have been working since December 12th, 2022 on trying to fix a scanner issue. Well, my job is I.T Tech Support and I have to say I am truly blessed because I really love my job and most of all the awesome Team that has given me so much support in my 6-year journey!
There is this IQ Flex Scanner in the Library that I overlook. I truly love all my building family. I love them because they are my family. If you bring family into your work and career in my humble opinion you will bring happiness to your work.
But, I am human and I am with flaws. This scanner was slowly bringing the mental wall of failure and lurking its ugly head at me taunting me and provoking me. But the warm light of hope is embedded into my soul and I know that there is always a way.
This scanner was basically having an SMTP server error saying it couldn’t connect to the host!
Well, yesterday December 12th, I worked on this scanner for almost over an hour and found nothing wrong with it! I mean everything seems to be right but obviously something was off cause it was not connecting to the host! I began my endless dive into Google…
