Nice to meet a fellow IT here on Medium! I totally understand that happens all the time at my work place as well. It is surprising how many people forget the password they created. You would think people will remember what they created right? lol. But then again I have to admit there is way too much passwords so I am thankful when I can use PINs, Finger print scan, or Windows Hello face scan it makes things so much easier. Now the face scan stuff I am kind of sketchy about so I usually stick with finger scans.
