Have you always felt like you had to be on time? Are you a person that always on time or early? I am someone like that. I am usually always on time and never late. Once, I was late, and let me tell you it was like my world just ended. I wasn’t that smart and at school, the only thing I was always good at was being on time. But, the thought I always have to be early or on time can really do a number on your mind and anxiety.
Here is something I have started saying to myself and let me tell you it has done wonders. I hope this idiom or phrase will help you as well.
