Happy New Year! It is the January Update for Medium Earnings!

This month has been pretty stable and nothing new. Again nothing much. But, the more time I spend on Medium the more I am realizing the Medium community is where all the glory is at.
Why am I doing this?
My purpose in showing my earnings is to show you the real world. If you think you are going to be rich through Medium think again. Some make it some don’t and I just logging my experience here so we can see all together how this works out. So, that is why I am doing this. So, you can see how money can be like the wave up and down and so on.
Earnings Release!
I made $38.54 which is a lot better than what I got last year! So, it is pretty good. Mind you this is after I have over 1K followers so please remember this isn’t like YouTube the more subscribers you get more money or something. It all depends on how much people resonate with your content. With that in mind. Write to your heart's content. Just write what you want. You don’t have to resonate with everyone and if money is what you are after then writing is a job and trust me. I don’t need a job. Even though my full-time position doesn’t feel like a job cause I love doing it. Even the work I love feels like a job sometimes. So, trust me if writing becomes a job to you well I don’t know how happy you would be in the long run.
