It is called Jokpyeon (족편) I never had it before so seeing this reminded me of something called acorn jelly which takes acorn powder and make it into a jelly substance. I recently found out about the Jokpyeon (족편) which is similar to this Japanese dish. Well, I think it is slightly similar.
