I recommend the Mac Mini it is the most affordable Apple Desktop in the market.
Processor: M1 or M2 both is good but M2 is going to be a tiny bit better.
RAM( Memory): Bare minimum 8GB. I recommend 16 GB RAM
Storage: 256 GB or 512 GB SSD would be nice but again external drives will fix this issue.
Price: $800-$1000 USD
