I love Miso! I usually eat Doenjang jjigae 된장찌개 it is more earthy and has very strong fermented smell. But, I really like the sweeter milder taste of Miso it is very nice and sometimes I crave Miso more than doenjang. But, when it comes for dipping sauce doenjang mixed with gochujang to Ssamjang is the best thanks for sharing this very important Japanese food Britt! 😃
