Smart cities is actually being worked on right now and you explained that pretty well. I was actually researching out smart cities and how they have the potential to help the elderly.

I also read the Drones can be used to feed these smart cities with data to keep citizens save and give crucial data at the same time. Pretty amazing stuff!
