I have been stressed lately, working and taking classes! Mostly, this Unity 3D project has gotten my stress off the roof! I try my best but always seem to be stuck and can’t move on. But, what can I do? All I can do is do my very best.
Life has only one way and that is forward. Literally, the road behind us is gone. Yesterday will never come back again and we are stuck moving forward in life! When I am stressed out, I try to think about what I can be grateful for.
That list quickly feels up surprisingly! Here is my example list:
- Thank God I am Alive!
- I have time to be stressed
- I have tomorrow to look forward too
- I have the luxury to complain
- I can look forward to doing something about my stress
- I can work out the hardships
- I can look forward to the day I can feel I did my best
- Journey of life and things I will be learning in the future
- How I can be a better helper today
- Go about my work day being thankful for my wonderful teammates!
These are some things I can be thankful for. Then for some strange reason, my stress kind of gets under control. But I have to be honest. It is easy to go down that rabbit hole of why is everything so darn hard and difficult!
But that is where the beauty lies!
