I heard one of our Gen Z work studies say a word and I asked them what it meant this led to a cultural lesson from one of our work studies. She created a whole presentation on Gen Z words and what they meant. I want to share this experience with all of your old-timers (including me) lol. I mean all the people who are like me have no idea what these words mean.
I have learned 30 words and putting all of that in one article is way too much work and I feel rushed. So, I am going to take more good old time and make this into a 30-part episode series! Let’s dive into the world of Gen Z’s people!
The first word “Based”: Agreed with.
So, the first word is “Based” I was told it meant “Agreed With” If you agree with something you can say Based.
I also did some personal research and found a whole section on Dictionary.com on the history of the word, Based, if you have time why don’t you check it out I was pretty amazed at what I found out. Direct link below:
