Car Washing a Rich Man's Car!
Today I am going to take a break from technology stories and bring you a little personal story. The very first paycheck I had was from working in the car wash. I remember one day I was cleaning the car of someone that had loads of cash. I could tell that because I think it was a Mercedes Benz. The really luxurious ones!
I was cleaning this guy's car and I saw a bottle of Jack Daniels and a paycheck that was open. I mean who has a flipping bottle of Jack Daniels in his car? But that isn’t the craziest thing! This man's paycheck was $120,000. He was a pilot! I was shocked. Here I am cleaning his lux car and he has a whopping $120,000 paycheck!
I paused and thought for a second. What the heck will I do with $120,000? I couldn’t think of anything! I never thought I would even come close to earning that much in my entire existence. I probably had to work until I am 100 years old and probably I still won’t make $120,000 working at a car wash!
