If you ask me what a "good" guitarist is?

I would say someone who loves the guitar. Loves playing the guitar just for the sake of playing the guitar cause when you play the guitar you get that smile on your face, or that tear that was withheld because of a busy life, and then you find the peace.

I think music is a gift the Lord has given us. I usually compose my own Christian songs with personal journey mixed within. Music is such a healing force and guitar is my partner and friend that helps me tap into my inner peace.

Reading this brings me great joy Jon. My father gave me my first guitar (which I still have and hold dear to this day) He taught me how to tune by ear and I use it once in a while but I have fallen to the tuners that do it for me. But once in a blue moon I would run through by ear and sometimes you feel the sound the hits you just right and you get that "This is it!"
