Another great personal story Jacqueline! I am glad you and the student were able to come to good terms again. I am glad you dabbed in "intent" because like you said we never "intent" to hurt others but it happens and you had admitted this by doing that you made the student not only forgive you but also think of you as a great teacher in the end I bet.
